As athletes, its obvious that we will have bad days, everyday can't be perfect, its stressful and some days we just want to give up. And it's even harder if you have no one supporting or motivating you. And i just want to tell you that, You have the willpower to push through all the stress and pain, you have the strength to turn the bad days into good ones, and if you've tried and it didn't work. well hey, there is aways tomorrow! Tomorrow is a new day, one step closer to reaching your goal. You are an amazing athlete, and you have the strength to get through anything thats in your way, i believe in you!
